    The new video on stretching before a surf is great bro, love it! Exactly what I see the pros do and alot of them should be doing before a heat! Surf has gone flat for a few days so onto those great garden workouts! keep it up.

    Hi Mr Hayden, I’m a Spanish surfer, Ive been surfing for 5 years already and i cant complain with my surfing level, this summer a did a surf trip to Hossegor and came back very motivated. but we don’t get much waves here in the south of Spain during de summer so i haven’t surfed for about two months, and i fill quite stiff.

    I would love if you could send me that personal training routine you talked about above because i don’t know how to contact with you , the deal is that the 30th of October starts
    the surfing circuit that its done every year from October to April .. and id love to be prepared to do it the best i can, its important to me so if you can help me id feel enormously gratified. Thank mate

    Hey bro,

    I have known Dman for 20 years and over that time he has given me specific programs for different sporting disciplines, whether it be the snowboard trips to France or North America or the various surf trips around the world whilst being based in the UK and now Australia. All have been critical in my level of riding and enjoyment, whilst others are hurting from a days snowboarding powder I am feeling great and looking forward to the next day!

    Also Dman trained me for the Transalp Moutain bike race across Europe, 8 days, 800kms and 20,000 vertical metres. My partner and I came a respectable top 1/3 and so happy with how the race went from training, nutrition, and the psychological aspect!

    Your getting a bit of a following here in Japan! You should make a vid on how to ride typhoon surf. The Chiba coast last week was unreal. A bit dangerous though, the life guards wouldnt even let people in the water!!

    I’ve known Hayden since 1991 and trained in the university gym with him many, many times. By following his training program I passed my police department’s rigorous SWAT assessment aged 41. The proof of his dedication and knowledge are obvious from his physique and endless energy.

    Best training if your living off the coast = long-line slacklining! Set it at about 25 metres, ratchet it as tight as you can, and ride your line as long as you can. Boom!
